General Warranty

GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE . Limited Warranty Statement.

GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE warrants all their labor to be free of failure when performed at their shop. All labor jobs paid in full will come with a 12 Month workmanship guarantee as they performed the job free from customer dictation. This means that if the customer dictates job procedure, other than GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE recommended procedure, it will not be warrantied. The warranty applies to the original purchaser / end-user and is nontransferable in any circumstance. When a failure occurs it will be up to a representative from GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE  to determine the cause and corrections that will take place. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE reserves FULL right to accept or deny any warranty claim as it sees fit per occurrence. During a repair claim, ONLY the processes that GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE  performed and was paid for in the original invoice by the customer, will be honored. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE warranty must be performed at a GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE facility and pre-approved in order to honor the policy. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE does not pay any invoices from other companies claiming to be warranty work. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE  does not warranty third party services/labor not directly performed by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE. Third party services/labor will be warrantied by the individual third party. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE does not offer a warranty on failures of parts not supplied or manufactured by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE . All Parts supplied by customers will have no warranty for that individual part or the labor it causes. All parts not solely manufactured by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE will not be warrantied by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE and will be subjected to the original equipment manufacturers’ warranty of the part. All performance oriented parts and jobs that exceed stock factory level will have no warranty for any parts due to failure because of abuse/stress or otherwise not being intended for the purpose it was used for. All performance modifications are made/purchased at the buyers risk and knowledge that they use it at their own risk. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE does not pay contingencies due any warranty job. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE is not liable for damages made to a vehicle after it leaves from our facility. If there is a damage reported it must be done before the vehicle leaves the premises and proof that it was not a pre-existing condition will be required for any repair or compensation. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE warrants that all their work is performed in good faith with the customer. Repairs are assessed and agreed upon as finished at the time of payment. Any labor not paid in full or not performed at GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE will not be warrantied.  Any dispute of labor not performed must be made before invoice is paid and finalized. All GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE manufactured parts will come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated for that individual part. All parts warranties must be assessed by a GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE representative for failure analysis before any parts replacement will be awarded. Parts made by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE will carry a “Parts only” replacement warranty. Unless the part manufactured by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE was installed by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE, it will have no labor costs paid after failure. No other related parts or fluids will be covered by the “Parts only” warranty. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE will cover replacement shipping of said warranty part, if the part had shipping costs attached to the original invoice.

 Performance Parts Warranty Disclaimer

Due to the nature of performance applications, the parts in this catalog are sold without any expressed warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular reason GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to damage or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replaced parts, or claims of customers of the purchaser, which may arise or result from the sale, installation, or use of these parts.

 Transmission Warranty

GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE built transmissions are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser/end user for a period of 12 months with unlimited mileage. There will be NO WARRANTY on RACE application transmissions. This warranty shall terminate at the 1 year anniversary date from the time of the original invoice. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE reserves the right to amend this warranty at any time.

GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at its option, subject to the provisions set forth herein of any parts, which upon examination by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE, are found to be defective. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE reserves the right to determine the course of action in regard to repair and/or replacement of any and all warrantable transmissions.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and R&R costs for any warranty work needed. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE will cover all warranted transmission parts and labor. 

The warranty does not cover any fluids or filters.

Any transmission submitted for warranty consideration must be returned to GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE accompanied with a description of the concern/complaint and service history records. Additionally, the following warranty registration form must have been received by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE within 10 business days of receipt of your transmission for your warranty to be valid.

What is NOT covered under this warranty?

Warranty does not include labor for the removal or installation of any product, including defective items

This warranty shall not apply to any transmission that has been tampered with, improperly installed, damaged as a result of abuse, accident or neglect, improperly repaired or altered by the customer or his agent/tech, or abused resulting in broken, sheared, or fractured shafts and/or gears not as a result of manufacture defects. This warranty shall not apply to any products damaged due to low fluid conditions. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE will not warranty broken, sheared, or fractured shafts and/or drums; or any damage associated with broken shafts or drums. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with damage caused by broken shafts. Shaft breakage is considered abuse and is NOT warrantied under any circumstances! Should GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE determine that damage to customers transmission be a result of customer abuse/maintenance neglect, the customer will be responsible for payment of all parts, labor, R&R and shipping costs prior to receiving their transmission back.

GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE will not be liable for towing charges, rental car, travel/lodging expenses or any other claims for special, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise under the provisions of this warranty.

Satisfaction Guarantee

GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE would like you to shop with confidence. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the products condition. (shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) See complete return policy below.
